Terms of Use

1. License Agreement

OMRPLUS is licensed, not sold
License is valid for one year (subscription-based)
One license key is valid for one computer only
Multiple PCs require multiple licenses

2. Permitted Use

OMR sheet evaluation (exam and survey)
Student and fee management
Report generation
Sending SMS notifications

3. Restrictions

No reverse engineering or modification
No unauthorized copying or distribution
No use of pirated license keys
No illegal or fraudulent use

4. Subscription Policy

Licenses are provided on a one-year subscription basis. Continued use requires renewal after expiration.

5. Optional Backup

Cloud backup is optional. Users are responsible for managing backups. We are not liable for any data loss.

6. SMS Responsibility

Users are responsible for SMS content and usage. Any misuse such as spam or illegal messaging is prohibited.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate licenses for misuse or violation of terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

OMRPLUS is provided "as is". We are not responsible for data loss, system failure, or business interruption.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
